Singapore Visa for Indians
Indians need a visa for Singapore, filed only through ICA-authorised agents — S$30 government fee, 3–5 working days, usually multiple entry.

Singapore is the trip where the visa process surprises people — not because it is hard, but because of one structural rule: Indian nationals cannot apply directly to ICA. Applications go ONLY through authorised agents. There is no embassy walk-in for tourists, no visa on arrival, and any website suggesting otherwise is selling confusion.
The numbers

- Processing: 3–5 working days for clean files
- Validity: at ICA's discretion — commonly 63 days, often up to two years for strong profiles, usually multiple entry
- Stay: up to 30 days per entry, granted at the counter
The visa being multiple-entry is Singapore's quiet gift: one approval often covers the Malaysia-and-back or cruise itineraries that make the region worth combining.

- Passport valid 6+ months with blank pages

The rule after the visa: SG Arrival Card
Separate from the visa, every traveller must submit the SG Arrival Card online within 3 days before arrival. It is free and quick, and we file it for every client as departure approaches — a valid visa plus a missing arrival card is an avoidable conversation at Changi.
Honest notes from the desk
Approval odds for genuine tourists with normal documentation are excellent. Where files wobble: very recent passports with no travel history paired with thin financials, or itineraries that read like job-hunting. Neither is fatal — both are fixable with the right supporting documents, which is precisely the conversation to have before paying any fee.
