Refund Policy

Refunds depend on what was purchased. We always share the exact cancellation terms in writing before you confirm any booking.

Visa services

Government/embassy fees and VFS/BLS charges are non-refundable once an application is submitted — this is set by the authorities, not by us. Our service fee is refundable in full if we have not yet started work on your file, and partially if work is in progress; refused visas do not entitle a refund of government fees.

Flights, hotels and packages

Airline, hotel and operator components follow the supplier's fare rules and cancellation windows, which we share at booking. Where a supplier refunds us, we pass the refund to you in full, minus any stated service charge.

Timelines

Approved refunds are initiated within 7 working days of the supplier's settlement; bank processing may add time. Questions: hello@flynktours.in.
