Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1 — Malé arrival & beach villa
Meet at Velana airport, transfer to the resort, check into the beach villa and let the island reset your pulse. Evening at leisure.
Day 2 — Reef day
House-reef snorkelling (equipment on us), lazy lunch, sunset dolphin cruise. This is what the postcard meant.
Day 3 — Move over water
Shift to the overwater villa — glass floors, steps into the lagoon. Optional couples' spa session in the afternoon.
Day 4 — Water-villa day
Floating breakfast if booked, then a day owned entirely by the deck, the ladder and the lagoon.
Day 5 — Departure
Transfer back to Velana with the tan and the camera roll to prove it.

Best time to go: November to April is dry season (peak Dec–Jan). May–October brings brief showers, softer rates and the same lagoon.

Cancellation policy
30+ days before departure: full refund minus ₹2,500 per person processing fee.
15–29 days: 50% of the package cost is retained.
7–14 days: 75% is retained.
Under 7 days or no-show: non-refundable.
Hotel and airline penalties during peak or festival dates may be higher and are advised at booking. Wherever we can recover more from suppliers, we pass it back.

- Is the Maldives visa-free for Indians?
- Yes — a free 30-day visa on arrival with a valid passport, return ticket and hotel confirmation. We hand you the pre-filled arrival card anyway.
- Seaplane or speedboat?
- Depends on the resort's distance from Malé. Speedboat resorts avoid the seaplane surcharge; seaplane resorts buy you the aerial view. We price both honestly at quote.
- Can we do all 4 nights overwater?
- Absolutely — the price adjusts upward. The split-stay exists because it delivers 90% of the experience at a noticeably kinder number.
