Day-by-day itinerary

  1. Day 1Arrive Hanoi

    Noi Bai pickup, Old Quarter check-in, evening walk around Hoan Kiem Lake and the weekend night market if timing aligns.

  2. Day 2Hanoi Classics

    Ho Chi Minh complex exterior, Temple of Literature, Train Street (as open), Old Quarter food walk — egg coffee mandatory. Evening water puppets.

  3. Day 3Ninh Binh Day

    Trang An sampan ride through the karst caves, Mua Cave's 500-step dragon viewpoint, Tam Coc countryside cycling if legs agree. Back to Hanoi by night.

  4. Day 4Ha Long Bay Cruise

    Coach to Ha Long, board your cruise by noon: cave visit, kayaking or bamboo-boat session, sunset on deck, dinner and a night anchored among the limestone.

  5. Day 5Bay Morning → Hanoi

    Tai chi on deck for early risers, brunch cruising back through the karsts, disembark and return to Hanoi. Last-night bún chả on us to argue about the best stall.

  6. Day 6Departure

    Transfer to Noi Bai. Ask about the Da Nang/Hoi An extension — it pairs perfectly.

30+ days before departure: full refund minus ₹2,500 per person processing fee.

15–29 days: 50% of the package cost is retained.

7–14 days: 75% is retained.

Under 7 days or no-show: non-refundable.

Hotel and airline penalties during peak or festival dates may be higher and are advised at booking. Wherever we can recover more from suppliers, we pass it back.

You apply on the official portal (we prep everything and file with you); USD 25 government fee for single entry, 3–5 working days, up to 90-day validity. The entry airport is locked at approval — we double-check it against your ticket before submitting.
